The published documents
Eight documents, one set of stationery. Everything below is drawn at true A4, splits itself into numbered pages, and exports to PDF, so the version a customer reads on the site and the version filed in a folder are the same document.
These are published policies, which is why they are here. The master services agreement is signed rather than published, so it is client stationery and lives in the internal document library instead of on the public site.

Before publishing
These are complete, South African drafts written against POPIA, PAIA, the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Have an attorney read them once before they go live, and register the information officer with the Information Regulator, which POPIA requires and which the PAIA manual states has been done.
